How do I place a domestic or international phone call?
Dialing From Registered Phone Number(s) - Pinless Dialing:
1.Dial 1800-663-1894
2.The system will automatically recognize your phone number. There is no PIN required!
3.After balance prompt, enter 1 + area code + phone number of your destination.
- For International calls enter 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
- To make another call, do not hang up; hold star key (#) for 3 seconds, then repeat step #3.
Dialing From Non-Registered Number(s):
1.Dial 1-800-663-1894
2.At the prompt, enter the ten digit pin number you first set up your account on.
3.After balance prompt, enter 1 + area code + phone number of your destination.
- For International calls enter 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
- To make another call, do not hang up; press the pound key (#) 3 times.
Seconds, then repeat step #3.

Does my wireless carrier charge me for the time used to place international calls made through Mobile Caller?
Yes. You may use add2pin with your current cell phone provider. You will not incur any long distance charges but standard minute usage will apply.

How does ADD2Pin international prepaid calling plans work?
To place calls through ADD2Pin:
1. Dial one of our access numbers
2. If calling from a registered phone number then proceed to Step 3. If you are calling from an unregistered phone number, then enter your assigned PIN.
3. Domestic calls: Enter 1+ destination number International calls: Enter 011 + country code + city code + destination number

Do I need to enter a PIN to make my phone calls?
No. When you sign up with ADD2Pin you can register up to 6 phone numbers from which you use this service (home, cell phone, business, etc). When making calls from these registered numbers, dial your access number and then dial your destination number, no PIN is necessary. However, a PIN will be supplied to you so that if you are making calls from a non-registered phone number, you can still receive ADD2Pin great low rates.

Do I need to notify/cancel my current phone company to use ADD2Pin international prepaid calling plans?
No. Because you access ADD2Pin via a toll free access number, you do not need to notify your phone company of your choice to use Enjoy Prepaid, nor do you have to cancel your current long distance carrier. ADD2Pin is a separate service from your current phone plan.

How can I use speed dial to make things easy?
You can always save the Mobile Caller Access Number in your speed dial and enter your international number at the tone. Even better, save the Access Number followed by the pause button and then program 011 + your international number, for one touch dialing.

Will I ever get a busy signal when I call the Mobile Caller Access Number?
No, you will not get a busy signal when you call the Mobile Caller Access Number. We have a state-of-the-art digital switching system that will recognize your phone and automatically gives you a dial tone whenever you call.

What does "No Connection Fee" mean?
If you frequently make international phone calls you have most likely paid a connection fee. Long distance providers, as well as some phone cards, will charge a connection charge that ranges from $0.50 - $3.00. With connection fees, every international call costs you an initial fee to connect to a foreign destination. ADD2Pin does NOT charge any connection fees.

What does "Minute Rounding" mean?
Minute rounding is the span of time to which your call length will be rounded. For example, if a calling plan has 3-minute rounding and you talk on the phone for 1-minute, you will be charged for 3-minutes of talk time. ADD2Pin offers rounding in the one minute increment.

What are the rates calling back to the U.S. from a foreign country? Calling to another country besides the U.S.?
The rates calling back to the U.S. differ depending on what country you are calling from. Check out the rates for calling from your desired country to the United States and select other countries by using ADD2Pin Search Box located on the homepage of the website.

Does verification occur each time I recharge my account?
No.A customer service representative will not call you every time your account is recharged. However, ADD2Pin will send you an email informing you that your account has been recharged so that you can easily keep track of your ADD2Pin account.

How do I sign up?
Follow the steps listed from the rate plans page. Choose your plan, and signup to add2pin.com. All new orders must come through the web site, unless it is a corporate order.

Can I change my account information after signing up?
Yes, you can always change or update your account information by logging into add2pin.com or by calling our Customer Service at 1-877-800-2555

Can a family member or friend abroad call me using my account?
Yes. In order for a friend or family member to call you using your account you must give them your PIN. The person calling from abroad then dials the global access number that corresponds to the country they are calling from, enters your PIN, and then dials your phone number as though they were calling from the U.S. (e.g. 1 + (area code) + (phone number)).

What is Automatic Recharging?
You have the option of choosing Automatic or manual recharging on your Mobile Account.
Auto Recharge is our convenient service that ensures you never run out of minutes on your account. By enabling Auto Recharge, your account will automatically be credited, via your credit card, when your balance falls below a preset recharge level. You can turn automatic recharging 'ON' or 'OFF' at anytime, and as frequent as you would like.

How long does it take to update my account upon an automatic recharge?
The system checks your balance upon the completion of each call. If the balance is below your set "recharge level", then the system attempts to recharge your account. It may take up to 20 minutes to update your account.

Can I cancel Service at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime without a penalty. Simply stop using the product and we will never charge you anything more.

Can people call me from outside of the US using ADD2Pin?
Even though ADD2Pin is used mainly by U.S. residents, ADD2Pin plans can also be used in over 20+ countries, from where you can call. View the global access numbers if you need to call from another country.
Even better we are coming with call back system. Where you or your relative can log in online and request the call. The system will call you back and you just need to enter your pin if the tel number is not registered. You can also just use the SMS to get the call complete. Please call our representative for more information.

You can use ADD2Pin from any phone. If you have registered your phone with us you can dial the access number and place your call. If you have not registered your number dial the access number, enter your pin number, and place your call.
